2006 – Chad Christenson was a general contractor focused on residential custom design build homes. He couldn’t find a quality pool company for his customers so he decided to start his own.
2011 – Chad hired Kraig & Matt Crossley. Both had experience in building pools. Kraig focused on service & repairs of equipment. Matt focused on finish details. Around this same time, Chad hired Vanessa Nissley due to her experience in bookkeeping and office administration.
2015 – Chad moves to Nashville looking for a more family friendly environment. He entrusts Watermark to Kraig, Matt & Vanessa, knowing they would continue to deliver the quality of work and customer service he expected.
2020 – Kraig, Matt & Vanessa become the owners of Watermark. Kraig (CEO) focuses on designs, bids, and contracts. Matt (COO) focuses on operations in the field. Vanessa (CFO) focuses on all things financial and office managing.
